Northbeam is a marketing-mix-modelling tool for ecommerce. Strong product, slow pipeline. Their site looked like a 2019 dashboard and read like a whitepaper. We rebuilt the homepage system, ran a 6-week paid-content sprint, and shipped a lifecycle program for the dormant 22k user base.

Inbound was working but not enough of it converted to demos. The homepage had 11 sections, none of them mentioned the actual jobs Northbeam did, and the demo form lived 3 clicks deep. Trial-to-paid sat at 8%.
What we actually did.
We picked three bets for the quarter: rewrite the homepage around 3 jobs, build a programmatic comparison hub for the 14 most-searched competitor terms, and ship a 9-email 'first 14 days' lifecycle program. We killed everything else (including a half-built podcast).
